Experience in support or sales roles

Your area of responsibility with us:

Responding to inquiries from integrated partners (not support-related!)
Supporting partners in Telegram chats
Informing the technical team about partner issues and monitoring their resolution
Interacting with providers
Increasing transaction volume from Upsell partners
Maintaining a CRM database and reporting on partners
