Helan soft
We partnered with Gelan to develop the web version of their Escar program – a robust nuclear power plant (NPP) software solution. Escar is a specialized radiation monitoring system designed as a comprehensive nuclear power plant monitoring system for facilities and equipment. The platform centralizes the collection, storage, and real-time radiation data tracking into one secure, closed network data system, helping operators maintain safety, compliance, and efficiency across multiple sites.

Task and its realization
Project purpose
- The goal was to establish a secure infrastructure for storing, monitoring, and providing real-time monitoring of radiation parameters from NPP premises and equipment, ensuring compliance with strict industry regulations and supporting a reliable NPP safety monitoring solution.
Main features
- Centralized system for data entry and real-time monitoring of radiation parameters.
- Operates entirely on a closed network to ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
- Compatibility with legacy systems, including Internet Explorer 9 and above.
- Use of advanced tools like Backbone.js for the frontend and Doctrine DBAL for the backend.
Project advantages
- Custom Database: Tailored to meet the specific needs of NPP radiation monitoring requirements.
- Secure and Isolated: Designed for operation within a fully closed network to prioritize safety and compliance.
- User-Friendly: Intuitive interface for both data entry and visualization, enabling easier adoption by NPP personnel.
- Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensures functionality on legacy browsers while supporting modern standards.
- This project showcases a high level of specialization in creating secure, reliable, and scalable systems for critical infrastructure.
