Frequently Asked Questions

What is a white-label product? How is it different from a custom one?

A white-label product is a ready-made crypto solution that we tailor to your brand – logo, name, and features you want. Think of it like picking blocks and building your own version of a Web3 service. Custom development means we build everything from scratch for your specific needs – which takes more time and budget.

What platforms do you support?

All of them! Web, mobile, desktop, browser extensions, Telegram bots – whatever your Web3 project needs.

Do you offer support and updates after launch?

Yes! You get 3 months of free technical support after the product launch. Later, we offer a custom support plan tailored to your Web3 product. It includes:
  • Maintenance of infrastructure (systems and servers)
  • Timely updates (minor updates, security)
  • Bug fixes
  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms, if needed

Can you create the design too?

Absolutely. All we need from you is the product name and maybe your preferred colors. If you have a brand book – awesome. If not – no problem!

Do you give away the source code?

We don’t hand over the source code because it’s part of our proprietary intellectual property. However, you fully own the white-label product and are free to monetize your solution however you like. Our codebase is modular, like LEGO, so we can quickly scale, update, and support it as needed.

What if I have a limited budget?

No worries – we can offer payment plans for your Web3 product and start with a basic setup to reduce your initial costs. Since it’s a white-label solution, it’s already budget-friendly.

Can you integrate third-party services?

Yes! We work with multiple third-party providers and can easily integrate any specific provider of your choice into your crypto platform.

How do we start working together and stay in touch during the process?

Our team follows a simple and clear system. Here’s how we do it:
  1. You share your requirements for your white-label crypto solution or Web3 development, we make a preliminary offer based on that. All is good – we move forward!
  2. We confirm the development scope and sign an agreement (with KYB verification if needed)
  3. After payment, we start your product development.
  4. We also create a shared chat for quick daily communication and updates. Service Level Agreement (SLA) options are available too.

Do you help publish the app on App Store / Google Play?

Yes, we support the full app publishing process on App Store and Google Play. While the mobile app must be published under your own developer account, as you are the product owner, we provide complete assistance with app deployment and technical submission to make the launch smooth and successful.

Can we sign an NDA or SLA?

Of course. We’re open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure the confidentiality of your Web3 or crypto project. If you need a Service Level Agreement (SLA) for ongoing support, communication, or white-label software maintenance, we’ll include it in your service contract too.

How long does Web3 product development take?

Depends on the Web3 or blockchain product type and its complexity, but here’s a general idea:
  • Basic white-label wallet: \~3 weeks
  • Telegram exchange bot: \~5 working days
But it’s not a secrete that complex features, custom design, and settle by documents can add time to the blockchain product development and deploy date! So, please, be awared of it.

Can you add on-ramp, off-ramp, or cards, etc?

Yes! We can integrate essential crypto modules like on-ramp, off-ramp, virtual crypto cards, staking, and more into your white-label product. Even if a feature isn’t available out of the box, we’ll develop and add it for your product needs.

Which blockchain networks and tokens do you support?

We support 40+ blockchains and 1000+ tokens for sending, receiving, swapping, and storing. Need to add your own blockchain network and token, or launch a custom token? No problem – we can integrate it into the wallet core.

What should I know about licenses for my crypto product?

White-label solutions work through licensed third-party providers, so you don’t need to get your own license for work with crypto in most cases. Instead, you’ll just need to sign agreements with regulated providers that fit your market and audience, especially if you want fiat on/off-ramp features, which require strict compliance and licensing standards.
