However, the TOP-20 assets still account for 90% of the entire market<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In spite of the enormous potential blockchain technology offers to every industry, the main role it plays is still defined by cryptocurrencies. According to Deloitte, back in 2020, 33% of blockchain use cases involved \u2018digital currency\u2019 and 20% of them featured the \u2018payments\u2019 category<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While Bitcoin, as the world\u2019s top cryptocurrency, is restricted across several jurisdictions, it is legal<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in most \u2018<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/ask\/answers\/121515\/bitcoin-legal-us.asp\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">developed countries<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019, including the United States, Japan, Canada, and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/articles\/forex\/041515\/countries-where-bitcoin-legal-illegal.asp\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the EU<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Finally, El Salvador recently became the first country to adopt Bitcoin as its <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/evercodelab.com\/blog\/en\/weekly-news-digest-from-evercode-lab-03-09-2021-2\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">legal tender<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the basis of these four trends, one can draw the following self-evident conclusion: both companies and individuals are going to need more and more crypto wallets. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First, there will definitely be more cryptocurrency users. It is not about any form of hype anymore. Neither is it about hunting for riches.
